How many passcodes do you have and what are they for?

To make queries online and over the phone:

  • You have a 4 digit numerical access passcode that you choose when opening your first account, and this is required for any query you want to make.

To operate over the phone:

  • We provide you with an 8 digit alphanumeric signature key that you must use in operations which include a movement of money out of Openbank, as well as for orders and contracts. For security purposes we will never ask for your full password, only random positions.

In online operations:

  • You will receive, via SMS, a confirmation code for each operation when you move money out of Openbank, and orders and contracts on the website or the app.
