What is the first thing you must do to claim back fraudulent charges?

Block your card immediately by calling any of the following numbers:

  • Card blocking service: 900 200 128.
  • If you are abroad, call: +34 91 362 62 00.

You can also block your card online by accessing the customer area of our website. When you're signed in, select the card and click the option “Definitive block”. Then, you can request a new one by clicking on "Request new card".

And remember, if you want to reject charges that you have not made and that are due to the fraudulent use of your card, you will need to send us the police complaint in order to manage the return of the fraudulent charges.
