Do you get your card in the welcome pack?

When you become a customer you will receive 3 packages. For the sake of security, they will be sent separately:

  1. Welcome pack with everything you can do with your Openbank account, discounts, exclusive promotions, products and services for you.
  2. Your signature key that you can use to confirm transactions by phone and to increase security in your website and app transactions.
  3. Your cards, which you must activate using the app, on the web, by phone or at an ATM.

​​​​​​​If after 10 days you have not received any of the letters, call us on +34 91 177 33 10.
