How can you become a customer?

It's very easy to become an Openbank customer online, it only takes a few minutes. Click on Become a Customer and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your details Here you will be told your new account number, and you can create your access passcode to log in to your customer area of the website and access the Openbank App.
  2. Identify yourself. You can identify yourself in 3 ways:
  • By video call, which is the fastest way to activate your account.
  • With an account number (IBAN) of another bank that operates in Spain and of which you are an account holder.
  •  By going to a post office. If you prefer, you can ask a Post Office courier to go to your home or the address of your choice.

3. Sign electronically. This is the last step to confirm your registration. You sign the contract and upload the documentation you are asked to give to activate your account.

Remember to have your identity card and mobile phone to hand.
