How will you receive your passcodes?

When you become a customer, you can choose your access password, and with it you can consult your details and contracts over the phone.  Online, it will allow you to make queries and operations that do not require a higher level of security.

As soon as we receive the documentation required to activate your account, you will receive the signature password in the post. This password only allows you to carry out operations and contract services by telephone.

To carry out operations online that require a higher level of security, we will send a confirmation code by SMS to your mobile, for each operation.
