On the website and the app:

  • To check your positions, you have a 4-digit passcode, which you choose when you become a customer and which you can modify whenever you want on the website.
  • To perform transactions, such as contracts, transfers and other money movements, that involve a higher level of security, we will send you a confirmation code by SMS for each transaction.
  • For transactions that require an additional security factor we may also request your signature key, but it will never be required for access or consultation and we will never ask for your full signature key.

Over the phone:

  • To make any query about your positions, you must provide the 4-digit passcode, which you choose when you become a customer and which you can modify anytime via website or app.
  • For transactions that require movement of money, as well as orders and contracts, you need your signature key. This consists of 8 alphanumeric positions and you receive it once your account is active. For your own security, we'll never ask you for your full key, just random positions.
