Should you report a fraudulent charge?

Of course! Go to the police as soon as possible. So, if someone who is not you, carries out operations with your card, you can claim the corresponding amounts.

You can also make the complaint by phone on 902 102 112 and then collect it at any police station.

To register the complaint you will need to print the movements of the amounts that are not recognised. You can do it in the customer area of this website. When you've signed in, select the card and then click on “Download statements”.
