Is the video call immediate or is it arranged for another date?

​​​​​​​Yes, you are identified by video call during the customer registration process, and it only takes a few minutes.

This is also the fastest way to activate your account. Video call is available from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 10 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 10 pm.
