What additional step do I have to follow when shopping online?

As of 14 November, you'll be able to confirm your online purchases in a new way.

From now on, you'll have to enter your 3D Secure Code during the payment process.

How can you do it?

It's simple:

  1. As usual, proceed to pay with your card on the website or app where you’re making the purchase.
  2. Enter the confirmation code you usually receive by SMS, together with (here comes the new step) your new 3D Secure Code, which is made up of 4 digits.

E.g.: if the SMS confirmation code is 4ABC and your 3D Secure Code is 1357, you'll have to enter: 4ABC1357.
