What documentation do you need in order to reclaim a charge on your card?

You have to print, fill out and sign this claims form, and send it back with a photocopy of the complaint.

Send us this documentation in whichever way you find most comfortable, using:

  • Postal mail:

As soon as we receive your documents, we will promptly process the claim with the corresponding entities through our payment department.
