Choose between the Open Current Account and the Basic Payment Account for day-to-day banking for Ukrainian refugees.

Open Current Account
Account for Ukrainian refugees with a NIE or proof of application. You can open it on the Openbank website or app, over the phone by calling 91 270 57 01 from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. or at our branches at Paseo de la Castellana 134 or Santa Bárbara 2 (Madrid).
- Documentation: NIE or proof of application.
- Fee-free and no minimum-term contract (0% NIR, 0% APR1).
- Free standard transfers in the EU in euros. Plus, we'll refund fees applied for transfers to Ukraine.
- Access to online banking from the Customer Area on the website and app.

Basic Payment Account
Account for Ukrainian refugees with a Ukrainian passport or ID. You can open it by calling 91 270 57 01 from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. or at our branches at Paseo de la Castellana 134 or Santa Bárbara 2 (Madrid).
- Documentation: Ukrainian passport or ID.
- Fee-free and no minimum-term contract (0% NIR, 0% APR1).
- Free debit card for the main holder, cash deposits and withdrawals, domestic and international transfers.
- Access to online banking from the Customer Area on the website and app.
