What is the OpenInternship Program?
This scholarship will give you the chance to develop your skills in one of the Business Development departments at Openbank.
Over the course of 6 months, you will learn how a 100% digital bank is run by top professionals, participate in our digital transformation and contribute to our international expansion.

How are candidates selected?

The selection process is underway! Apply for the job that fits your profile and we will be in touch.
Selection process
Until January 2022
You will have two interviews: one with Human Resources and another with a manager from the department you've applied to work in.
Training programme
From 1 February to 31 July 2022 (6 months)
The fun begins! If you're one of the selected candidates, you will start the programme on 1 February 2022 and it will run for 6 months.
Joining Openbank
August 2022
Enjoyed the experience? At the end of the scholarship, you will have the chance of joining the Openbank team where you had the internship.
