Block your card online

To block it online, access the customer area, select the card and click on the option "Definitive block". 

You can also block it from the mobile App or from your Tablet, from the "Cards" option.

Remember that you can opt to turn off your cards temporarily and turn them on again whenever you wish.

Change your passcodes

If you think somebody has seen your access passcode, change it immediately to ensure the safety of your account. Access the customer area, click on the arrow next to your name and select the option Passcodes.
