What conditions do you need to meet?

✔ You must be an individual, aged 18 or over and resident in Spain.

✔ You must have an active Openbank current account throughout the promotion.

✔ You must have at least €2,000 invested with Openbank throughout the promotion. This includes all your holdings in investment funds, broker, crypto, pension plans and our “We invest for you” service.

✔ You’ll only start earning 1% cashback once you have €2,000 invested. So, if you already have €1,500 invested and want to take advantage of the promotion, you’ll need to invest another €500 in whichever products you choose. From then on, you can start earning 1% cashback on what you invest in funds, up to €1,000 over 6 months.

✔ Have a salary, pension, unemployment benefit or self-employed income of at least €900 paid into your account. If you’re self-employed, you’ll also need to pay your RETA contributions by direct debit. You have until 31/01/27 to do this.

Payment of the incentive constitutes investment income subject to withholding tax, currently at a rate of 19%, which will be withheld by Openbank in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Customers must declare any incentives received as part of the savings tax base of their personal income tax (IRPF) return and are entitled to deduct the withholding tax applied.
