People affected by the DANA
We have set up a special telephone line for customers affected by the DANA. If this is your case, call us on 91 270 57 32 from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Call the 24-hour emergency support line on 900 104 936 if your home, car or business are insured by Zurich and have been affected by the storm.
If you need to close a deposit to withdraw your money, we'll pay you the interest you've earned to date. Call us on 91 270 57 32.
If you are eligible for the special liquidity provisions for those affected by the DANA, you can redeem your pension plan for up to €10,800 by calling 91 177 33 16, from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Red Cross
Their volunteers and emergency staff are on the ground responding to all the needs of those affected: care and support, distribution of medical supplies and sanitation products, recovery work, management of donations, sheltering, etc.
Educo
They are liaising with local agencies and schools to provide psychosocial support to children who have experienced this critical situation in efforts to help them process the impact of the crisis and reduce the risk of long-term psychological effects.
Action Against Hunger
Its emergency team is already in-situ coordinating the distribution of basic necessities and cleaning up the affected area to prevent the spread of disease.
Save the Children
They are responding to the needs of affected families with minors, providing basic necessities, financial assistance and specialised psychological support to help children cope with the potential trauma in the wake of the disaster.
World Vision
Together with Diaconía Valencia and upwards of 400 evangelical churches in the Valencian community, they are working to provide all those affected with basic necessities such as water, food, electricity, clothing and shelter.
Entreculturas
They are providing space for collection, storage and distribution of basic necessities, shelter and information on help points, resources and access to official and collaborative channels.
Doctors of the World
They are providing mental health and psychosocial support to the most vulnerable people affected and are working to secure medication and health services for the elderly, the sick and those with reduced mobility, as well as medical supplies to prevent disease.
International Cooperation
They will channel aid for the rehabilitation of homes, businesses and other spaces affected by the DANA. The aim is to restore the living conditions of those affected through cleaning, painting and rehabilitation in the short, medium and long term.

A shared commitment
The Santander Group will donate two million euros to help all those impacted by the DANA, will match any donations made by all employees, and will support payment facilities to employees and customers.
It is also offering financial aid to business owners and the self-employed as well as immediate relief to customers in the affected areas.
Both customers and non-customers can make fee-free cash withdrawals at any Banco Santander ATM and other banks in the province of Valencia.
