We are 100% digital and 100% human. We have implemented the following customer services measures for senior citizens:

  • Extended customer service hours. From Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for business and cash transactions.
  • No waiting. Priority assistance over the phone and at our branches.
  • Warm welcome and one-on-one approach. We accompany the customer at all times from arrival to departure.
  • Someone always on hand. Telephone service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Help on digital channels. We accompany and teach senior citizen customers how to carry out actions such as PIN changes, or how to download the app or fill out complex forms.
