What does it do?

Its main goal is to provide holistic support to hospitalised children suffering from intravenous parenteral nutrition and multiple transplants of up to 8 organs.
They provide accommodation to patients who need to travel for hospital treatment, as well as psychological support, nutritional rehabilitation and psychomotor therapies, help with pharmacy costs and other financial support for families.
They also raise social awareness of the importance of organ donation and fight against the bullying of children with rare diseases.

It carries out its activity in the Intestinal Rehabilitation Unit of La Paz Children’s Hospital in Madrid.

Through its therapeutic programme NUPAilusiones, the foundation fulfils the dreams of patients and provides them with emotional support to raise their spirits.
Their core values include empathy, solidarity, responsibility, commitment, transparency, participation and collaboration.
The foundation has been awarded numerous prizes: Premios Afectivo-Efectivo 2020, Premios Teva ‘Humanizando la Sanidad’ 2019, 24 Horas Ford 2019, Premios Inocente 2019 with the support of Roberto Leal and the Premios Albert Jovell 2017.
