Corporate social responsibility
Responsible banking
We foster corporate policies that reflect our commitment to a banking model that merges financial efficiency with corporate social responsibility.
One bank, countless commitments
In efforts to build a more responsible business, we incorporate environmental, social and good governance (ESG) criteria into our day-to-day.

Green light to a brighter future
Since 2020, Openbank has offset all carbon emissions resulting from our activity. What's more, as part of the Santander Group, we also share the 2050-aim to maintain carbon neutrality and help our customers achieve net zero through the financing, advisory and investment services we offer.
Criteria-based investing
Through our robo-advisor automated investment service, at least 50% of the funds that make up our strategies follow environmental, social and good governance (ESG) criteria, established by the classification of the sustainable finance disclosure regulation (SFDR) for investment products.
Bear in mind that any investment carries some level of risk, including the lack of return and/or loss of invested capital.
